Home Delivery!

Can’t Make it to one of our stores? We’ve got YOU covered!

Home Delivery Map:

Our convenient home delivery is available across Southern Ontario in Windsor-Essex, Chatham-Kent and along the 401 corridor into London. We are continuously expanding our delivery areas so feel free to contact us if your home is outside of one of the zones on this map.

Go ahead, click on a zone to see when we will be in your area next.

How It Works:

Step 1

Place your order online and select delivery (Shipping day will automatically be provided based on your postal code). Your order must be placed by noon, the day before your designated delivery day.

Step 2

You will receive an e-mail that you order has been received and is processing.

Step 3

If we have all your products in stock, you will receive another e-mail indicating that your order is READY TO SHIP.

If one or more products you requested are on backorder, your order will be placed ON HOLD and we will contact you with potential substitutions or to wait until your products come in.

Step 4

You will receive a phone call or e-mail on the day of delivery with a window for your delivery time.

Step 5

Sit back, relax and watch our delivery driver bring your pets food right to your door, with a COMPLETED order e-mail to follow.

What’s The Catch?

*Your order must be placed by noon, the day before your designated delivery day.

Home Delivery Charge:

Zone 1:

Orders Less than $50 before tax – $9.99
Orders Over $50 before tax – FREE!

Zone 2:

*Your shipping charge will be automatically calculated at checkout.

What if I’m not home?

Leave a cooler somewhere around your home and our drivers will place the food in it to keep cold until you get home. Put a comment on your order so we can let our drivers know where to go and what to do.

*We assume no responsibility for your products if you are not home and they are left unattended. Frozen product must be kept frozen untill ready to use.
